Thanks for the feedback guys,

Snapped a quick side tricep today

sidetribp1.jpg

looks like you have some good delts there.

Yeah they are certainly stronger than arms and chest, makes isolating pecs hard and you can really tell that I struggle with it in that pic, mainly lower pec

yea.... they naturally bigger or do you train them a lot harder than chest ?

The only specific delt exercises I do are lat raises, shoulder press, rear delt work and rotator cuff strenthening,

They are just bigger than chest I think because I focus on hitting chest alot more since I noticed it lagging

Yeah I didnt think to take any when I started as it was impulse decision to start since I broke up with a long term GF and needed an outlet so I wasnt sure how it was gonna last, this was the best I could find,

I never guessed how much I enjoyed It I guess

find it hard to believe you put on 15kg of muscle in 6 months while still remaining at a low bf% while just using creatine and protein.... no gear....

but either way its still a impressive transformation

It's amazing but it's true - not everyone needs to use the gear to look good. Some people are actually natural.

like yourself flex????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????? :pfft:

maybe u are usiong yr delts instead of yr chest when u are training chest... i did this for a long time and didnt even know i was doing it, now iv dropped weigh on bp etc and focused more on keeping form god and chest is growing good atm

but yeah bro, mean gains!!

I dont BP for that reason, all chest work is always dumbbells in the way I feel it most, EG Incline for me works chest and less delts than decline and flat, bung shoulders ftl

A little about me that might help some of you understand, I am def not on any kind of gear haha, im flattered by it though,

In the first picture I was doing 4-5 cardio days a week, very very active runner and was in great shape cardio wise, I have always been very fit which is probably why my metabolism is rediculous, I got sick of being small and really fit so now am trying my hand at getting as big as possible naturally while staying lean,

And I have definetly put on a few % BF, I reckon im at about 10-11% now, gonna go for 108-110 then cut

Great work on the progress there buddy, "gives a high five!"

Solid chest, shoulders and arms. And your abs are showing so youre below 10% BF, so thats excellent also.

Its very possible to add large amounts of mass when you first start lifting, if you're eating correctly and training hard. For all you guys out there who are throwing the gear word around so easily, dont be jealous. Just be happy for the fella.

My training partner started at 62kg, and in six months he was up to 76kg.

Myself i started at 74kg, and after 8 months i was up to 88kg.

See my bodyspace if ya dont believe naturals can put on that much size ;) lol

Thanks ^

Looking good in your bodyspace man, I may compete someday if I can get the size, will be a long time out yet, at least a year of bulking from now,

Quick update : I am up 2 kilos since those pictures were taken I have also leaned out maybe 1-2%, not on purpose, ive been working a physical job while experimenting with carbs, taken me a few weeks but ive dialed where I feel carbs work best for me with this ammount of exercise, I have them pinned at 800-1000grams a day, yeah I know thats not normal but my body really really craves them,

Started new routine with more recovery and much much more intensity, noticing gains all round particularly back and legs, Was def overtraining legs before and feel much better, even my chest is starting to come up to where it should be,

Heres the link to my journal, ive been pretty good keeping it updated

http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthrea ... t261255611

See you in 4 months with some update pics hopefully 107kg with similar BF%, im just shy of 105 now.

NOTE: One thing I did realise now that im tracking cals protein carbs and fats etc is how incredibly average my diet was during first 6 months, I ate alot but bad foods, lucky my metabolism covered my mistakes, now im eating very clean but still hitting 5500+cals a day, and much more regularly and consistantly.

Yikes... you have done well for 6 months, I haver trained for 9-10 months and am no where near that size. You seem to know heaps for someone who has only been training 6 months?? I dont even know half of what your talkin about.

I can't help it, its my nature to get completely and utterly involved to the point of knowing everything I possible can in order to succeede, I did it with computer games and downhill mountain biking previously and now its Gym,

I do alot of research online, you can really learn alot but beware and set your bullshit filter to high because theres alot of conflicting stuff out there

NZbodybuilding and Bodybuilding.com can be some of the best tools you will ever find when trying to gain as much information on bodybuilding as possible ;)

Look in the journal in my sig for meal plans and workout etc,

I have started posting my dailey diet mainly as an inspiration for me to dial it, that was my new years resolution haha, 100% commitment on diet.

Have put on alot of strength and decent size on the new low volume high intensity routine, ill check back in a few months with some progress stats and pics, heres a quick pic i took the other day messing around trying to see my back while reasurring myself I was still lean haha
