13x13 - think i pulled something at the top of the lat, feels like doms right afterwards, it'll be mint 2moro.

few sets curls.

for the big 3 ill be doing sets of 3 this week, sets of 2 the next then sets of 1 the following week.

mmm, squats.

At my gym the squat rack (singular) is upstairs and theres nylon soft pads all screwed to the floor, not ideal.

It would be great if a mod could change the title of my log to "goinhard through 2009"

Was supposed to be squats but a strange popping sensation in my hamstring changed my plans, strained it a bit. Will wait till tuesday to squat again.

Feels like the semitendinosus. Maybe my lower back tightness is tight hamstring related.

So what better excuse to do some direct arm work eh.

Not dead, after the initial back injury, i hurt it the first day back a month later as well as having other issues.

Back in the game now, better than ever, back is also mint now, have adjusted accordingly.

Will get back to updating soon.
