Cheers dude - I am 27.

The original trial was only 2 tests. 30m sprint and 5 x 2 legged bound. The KPI's were quite soft at 3.9s and 14.5m respectively.

Those KPI's has since been increased with a lot more tests thrown in. Apparently our data is looking quite good in comparison to some of the top 3 teams out there, so exciting times ahead.

KPI's = key performance indicators?

Excellent, looking forward to more updates!

Great stuff, man.

Let me us know your results in the latest tests and perhaps some of the max lifts you're doing. Heard about some of the Eastern Euro bobsleigh pushers coming in around 6'5 120kg with 170kg+ cleans. Pretty crazy stuff.

Haven't updated this in a while..

Never got round to doing a BB comp, but got my foot fixed up and am currently in Switzerland competing for NZ in bobsleigh. Had my first ever run yesterday and have uploaded some footage to youtube. The end of the video shows us exiting Horseshoe corner which is one of the bigger G force corners on the track. Fun times. Currently weighing in at about 103kg and slowly buy surely improving my top end speed!

Technique s horrible in the video, plus left foot slipped off the block which didn't help. But considering it was my first run and I was shit scared, i'm just glad I managed to get in the sled!
