Why do you guys all insist on blacking out your faces, mate your looking like your only a few weeks out from a show and should be proudly letting people know who you are!

I don't mind people knowing what I look like, or knowing that I body building, but I dont want my face and body in the same shot posted all over the net, by whichever sad individual.. :)

Looking good Lat!

Yep, you've got long shins, so it's probably hard "filling out" your calves to a size proportionate to their length. That's what you get for being 1.93m tall!

Everything else looks good. Keep working the lats hard... they're not lagging particularly, but you can never have too much of a V-taper.

Definitely consider doing a comp, and soon.

  • 4 weeks later...

Ok so if I was going to do a comp...in September, should I be going mad eating, training heavy and trying to put on a few kgs mass for about three months and then about three months of dieting?? Probably stating the obvious??

I had my bf measured a few days ago and its still pretty high 15%, dont know where I carry it but its still there.

Im a little paranoid of putting on fat...get over the paranoia and EAT EAT EAT???
