Hello Laver. Your Lattissimus Dorsi needs more development. You have a promising physique with lots of potential.

hey laver, if you are after critique so far. Might I suggest some more work on the upper back / shoulders

and chest in particular the upper chest. this will give you some more volume for the side bicep, and show off the traps etc. the legs don't look too bad, but keep working on them, and work on the calves some more.. any other thoughts anyone ?:)

these pics are from like feb bro,

although theyre not very different from my nzbb comp before pics unfortunatly. My 10 week set should be a lot better.
