Saturday 24th - Shoulders

Standing BB clean and press [warm-up 15x 20kg] 12x 25kg 12x 30kg 12x 35kg, 3x 37.5kg

Seated side lat raise 12x 7kg es, 12x 8, 12x 9

Lying rear delt raise 12x 7kg es, 12x 8, 12x 9

Chek Press 12x 7kg es, 12x 8, 12x 9

DB Shrugs 12x 25kg, 12x 30kg, 12x 35kg, 10x 40kg e/s

Then for a bit of variety I tried Won'tquit's incline alternate DB shoulder press - and yep, those are tough little mofos to get through :shock:

Still, at least it was quiet in the gym - but hot!

If you want a decent bench get out of the SM! And schedule an appointment at Powerhouse!

Don't normally use the Smith, but I walked past it all set up and thought wtf... as for coming down the 'house, might have to do that. I'm trying to get off a plateau, so I'm going to be looking to force myself to up the weights. Aspiration for the bench - two wheels per side by Christmas :shock:
