You actually have to let it hypnotize you. If you are resisting at all it won't work.

Here's a less invasive/freaky video. You don't have to be in a relaxing postion and it doesn't try to hypnotize you in the traditional sense (control your mind). You still get a frickin weird endorphin/orgasm/strange/awesome feel from watching it though. And it's only like 2 mins long.
