epic pics. in the second one is that a rear lat spread or are you just standing there trying to decide what glass to choose from your cabinet ?

rear lat spread needs work. lift chest and shoulders. to bring the back out. the pics so far show too wide a waist with a narrow upper back. arms look proportioned to shoulders though. work on your hammies for your legs. quads and calves look ok :) oh and yeah nice farmer tan. making me jealous being up here in the uk with 5 hours of day light a day :) lol

thanks frogie :) , when i get back to the gym i really need to do a bit of cardio , as for hammies , i never pay any attention to them or calves only do squats really with a bit of leg press , ill be workin on setting up a new programe which covers all bodyparts ,
