6ft ,96kg and at last bf test was 15%

been training for 18mths, trying to get lean enough for a comp in oct 08.

do u think im wasting my time and need more time???

please throw me ur thoughts in where im lacking and any pointers

Perhaps don't worry about getting leaner right now, just focus on getting as much size as you can. You'll shift any body fat in the last phase of your competion diet and cardio.

Although very posible its hard enough work to put on size without trying to get lean as well this far out.

Like Evie, I don't think you need to worry about getting much leaner just yet (not unless you're wanting to cut up a bit for summer). Don't get carried away with bulking either - too much fat just makes it harder later on.

You've got a great upper body, especially arms, but you do need to hit those legs hard. Don't neglect your calves, either. :)

Go for gold mate. Smash those legs under the squat bar twice a week.

You'll be fine. Set your target and don't let anyting get in your way.

Ditto

Stay at 15% thats perfect putting on muscle fat. It'll only take you about 10 weeks to get into shape at that level, so don't worry about how much time you have for dieting, but do worry about making sure your hammering your legs.

thanks guys , i no i need more size on my legs. i do hit em prity hard but i have week knees from back couple yrs when i did 1000lb club training

ps. not making excuses, but legs look a little better in the right lighting too. + i think i concentrate to much on flexin upper body and not enuff on flexin legs when poseing

but please keep your thoughts coming
