Looking good fudoc! Yep, I think you're competition material  You have goals of getting onstage at some stage next year?

Not bad at all! I'm guessing you've got one of those body types where the legs grow easily, but getting the upper half to grow is a mission? Keep thrashing shoulders and arms, and to a lesser extent chest.

Looking at the photos of your back, I think it's more of a posing issue than a lack of muscle. Lock yourself in the bathroom, and spend some quality time in front of the mirror. :D

Chin ups for lat width is a must, you have good legs so need the upper body width to balance it out.

Posing practice, rear lat spreads are a spread not a hunch, think wide with a straight spine not rounded (look for a pic of Sonny Schmidt doing a rear lat spread to get the idea).

thickness is developing, how old are you and how long have you been training?

The potential is there.

thats a possible option, but i think there i might give another year of hard working before entering into competition as i still have another yr of uni left along with my cycling and rowing comps.
