Next comp will be in April, either NZFBB Wellington or NABBA Bay of Plenty

I haven't put on to much off season this year (so far)... I'm sitting around 73kgs which is 5kgs above last comp weight, I'm hoping to come in at 69kgs and a little leaner next comp.
