Marcus
Here's some photos taken this week. I'm trying to get lean at the moment. Judging by the quality I'm not too good with my camera yet. I feel my quads are down in size as I've had a probel with my knee for most of the year. I'm training intensely again now but I'm restricted to smith machine squats, hacks & other exercises where I can take the strain off my knee.Upper body pics will follow (at some stage :pfft: ). Pseudonym
Very impressive Marcus. Hammies especially. I'm looking forward to seeing those upper body pics. How tall are you?

Marcus
Thanks for the comments guys. I'm 5'7 & weigh about 89kg in these photos. My main mass builder for hamstrings has been deadlifts. I deadlift every second week & I've found that bouncing off the floor places more emphasis on my hamstrings than when I reset between each rep. I mix it up a little. 1day
mean legs alright bo. so u think squatin on smiths machine takes bita strain off knees?? i got bad knees too so if that aids them a bit then im kean to give it a crack
Marcus
It does for me, but no comparison to free squatting. I been free squatting for the past 3 weeks & its heaps better. I'm just trying to incorporate a wider stance as it seems to take strain off my knees too.
