I wouldn't call it a drug free policy, IFBB requirements are that they have a Drug Testing Policy, which they do, and in line with this they are choosing when and where to implement the Drug Testing Poilcy and when to spend their money on testing. In most other countries this is the acceptable practice, after all you can test everyone and go broke and then have no federation and subsequently no one to test- or you can be strategic with how the money is spent, just as they have to be on their marketing, facilities hire and travel budgets.

In 1992 Ronnie got 6th in the US Nationals (Kevin Levrone won) but Ronnie went to the Universe (which he won and then got his invite to the Olympia). Ronnie was the highest rated competitor willing to take the test.

In Aus, as I understand it you can go to the worlds untested, but if you fail at the worlds you are penalised the costs of travel.

I would expect that there will be testing at other events in the year, but they have chosen not to test this show and to make it public.

MT would be the best to clarify this further, and throw light on the subject if I have missed something.

Posted some on Sunday night on http://www.bebo.com/PROmrnewzealand

honestly I wasn't happy enough with my condition (are we ever) but have to keep in mind that everything is on track. There are veins in my quads and some striations starting to come through on them, so at 7 weeks out. Things look ok.

I'm never satisfied :(

How about some pics of you?
