Evie
Thursday 13 September Plan: I am on a course for work tomorrow – hate being out of the office, cause it’s just a pain catching up the next day – and I don’t like to be out of routine! So I’ve pre-planned what will be easiest and cause least amount of comments / questions from people and will ‘smell’ the least, tuna in a meeting room, not really accepted very well, although I really shouldn’t make it my problem. So after cardio tonight, I’ll get all this ready and cooked and packed. Planning planning planning!Lucky Thursday is cardio only day, so I will have enough time to get that in before heading out to the location, and won’t have to worry about the traffic to much. AM Cardio – Empty stomach M1: Breakfast - Oats & Protein Shake M2: Morning Tea - Cold Chicken breast, Raw Veg Mixed M3: Lunch - Cold Chicken breast, Raw Veg Mixed ,M4: Afternoon tea - Protein Bar & Protein Shake PM: Cardio 30-40 minsM6: Bed time / Dinner - Protein ShakeThis looks like it'll be a rather low carb day for me. Not that that would hurt!

tallulahangie
Hey EvieI take it that you did not do the Nationals?
Evie
Nah I didn't - Head not in it! Work commitments impacted worse than expected and weighing it all up there's no point in wasting all that money to compete (travel to CHCH etc), if you're only going to do it half arsed! I'm still training hard and loving it, making improvements all the time which I love and am pretty lean now coming into summer! My next comp won't be too far away that's for sure. Evie
Thanks small, honestly didn't even think I'd placed after the pre-judging, all the girls looked fabulous, All I knew was that I was happy was making improvements on my first comp in May. So was really surprised and humbled to win let alone place next to the girls in my line up! Was a great day and winning was the icing on the cake ... or should I say chocolate coating on the protien bar.

Evie
Hay congrat's Eve on your win, will you continue to compete in figure or go for physique next time? Thanks was a good day! Don't know about physique, why is that? I always thought I was too big for figure and should do physique but turns out I loose alot of muscle when I lean out! I would have to build up my upper body to do physique properly, just glad the judges were going for my look this time. Will see what the future holds. Always train as heavy and hard as I can! You looked fantastic! What are your plans now? Do you have the competition bug?
