The Legend Killer Posted August 23, 2007 Report Share Posted August 23, 2007 II did read in M&F that you add 25% on a weight you can do for eight reps to get a max, or 33% on a weight you can do ten reps for, i.e. 8 reps of 100 kg = max of 125kg, 10 reps of 100kg = 133kg max.
