Notes:

I decided to start the V-Diet today as I need to save some money for the next few weeks so an extra $200 from groceries will come in handy. Will do exactly the same as I did last time apart from the workout which ill do a more westside approach but cut DE bench for Repetition work.

I felt good today at training although I fatigued early due to low carbs, so I dropped Grip work. Just couldnt be assed TBH.

I also did 60mins on the Stat bike upon waking....
