Notes:

Well since I have been doing De Franco's Agile 8 and really working on my hips in the Squat The Doc said this is the strongest he has felt my hips while manipulating them.

They were pretty weak before so really pleased with this work, roll on Big Squat.

Chur Big John, Hook Grip is here to stay have been testing the DOH on rack pulls just to try and strengthen that part, but the hands are pretty munted after that.crying.gif

Notes:

Bit better than last week time wise, 2 hours 30 minutes. Work sets were better, a little bit slow to get into things but pretty pleased with how the technique is progressing.

Bench went better, went to a 2 board but a lot better more control. Board work went up to 150kgs and was better improvement on last week adjusting to the weight.

Pause Squats were a step up from last week 150s were tough but enjoyed them in a strange way.

you have to be sik and evil to do them 2 hours plus no sane man would do it :evil:

Good work and the squats are looking a heap better 8)

Each week little improvements and feeling a lot better andl more confident that things are on track.

Good day when it is just a Double Whooper 2 sessions Squats took a while to get into it especially the work sets. Bench was better tried a better setup, and Boards were solid.

Weekly Analysis:

Squats:

The best session technique wise so far even with a bit more weight on the Bar looking forward to next week. Paused well they were tough good but just tough especially after a Full Battle Armour session.

Bench:

Shirt this is coming along still things to work on have changed shoes back to my runners will go with this for a week or two see how it developes just hard to drive through my toes with heels.

Deads:

A bit of weight on this week, have had a few issues just technical and strength but looking better. Felt the hip for the first time but I had just got out of line and muscled the lift up fool.

Another good week in Iron Paradise

Keep forgetting that week 5 is Raw and not Full Battle Armour, looks good on paper but 5s just make a lot of work. Squats went well found a better bar position came out of the hole easier not to sure how it will go in the Battle Armour.

Benches went well to found some new sore muscle in my upper back arch must be improving

Boards we good tried 50 Super Kat not much in the lock out but felt stable. These were pretty good and most were on the right line.
