Notes:

Squats were good last cycle had to put the suit bottoms on hip[ twinge,. This cycle no hip stuff just lost count well probably did 7 sets all up in the book I had 6 ticks, but was not sure if I ticked a set twice unlikely.

Bench felt a lot better and stronger just a long session suppose to be Good Friday?.

Weekly Analysis:

Lifts for Week: 281

+ 90 (Board Work)

A good week all round in all the equipped sets, a better performance needed in the Bench Shirt will sort that out.

Used my comp Squat Suit to work it in more, have put a bit of size on.

Highlights:

Strength is up a fair bit from the same time last cycle, I am getting more accustomed to Boris. I am in a lot better condition to do the Volume and Recovery has been good, mind you I have to work at it.

yes OB you are one of the most hard working trainers that I know off, good training and give that bench a kick in the arse mate no weaknesses brother strive for that big total OB awesome mate..

Yeah awesome stuff mate, we should be in Wellington end of next year looking forward to improving at powerhouse, be good to see the build up OB.

when you improve over this year from 627.5 this round you might have a good chance mate

UMMM... yes pretty much OJ lol sealed it for me an opportunity came up with work so I thought shit what good luck.

She's ok with it.... Doesn't like Auckland fair enough its a good place but takes to long to get anywhere and traffic sucks.

Thought this was an easy day on paper, the Bench went on for ever it seemed like that. Deads work sets were pleasing good speed worked on a couple of things moved the toes out a bit got the hips closer to the bar felt good. Just with this way toes out lockout becomes an issue you become unstable at the top so technique is really really important. Might be a work in progress.
