Back was cramping up after the deads, which were actually pretty easy. Reckon i could easily pull 330 atm. Unsure about 340. My comps in november sometime and in 1.5 or 2 weeks ill do deads again for final time before comp. Hopefully 300 for 5 or more reps. I dont see the point in going heavier to test myself out or some shit as its stupid.

I've had one since that 2014 waikato bench comp we both did as got given as prize. Yeah didn't use one prior to that. It doesnt add anything to my deadlift really. If anything i might be stronger without it. Just stops my back being as rooted after multiple sets.
