the brain matures at around 21 for males (however I'm past 21 and my maturity hasn't increased - I still find farts funny!). I thought you stopped physically growing earlier

You'll be lucky if you get any taller now.

Sort out that diet mate - your not getting what your body needs to grow

like everyone has said not enough protein not enoguh clean food and general you sound like the classic ectomorph. eat everything clean in site. try drinking 2 or more litres of low fat milk a day on top of what you are eating for some extra calories plus eat loads more. continue to train hard and gains will come. you could pump yourself full of juice but besides the obvious problems that would cause you you simply would not gain muscle as you are not providing your body with the fuel required to build muscle

is age really a factor??

if not steroids dose creatine do the job for someone my age??

im quite a fussy eater.

Breakfast: 10 weetbix

Lunch: a can of Spageti or baked beanes on 2 pices of toast with 2 eggs. sometimes 2 to 3 packs of 2 minute noodles or pasta...maybe a pie or 2 lol...

Tea: eitha the same as what i said in lunch or roast veges and chicken. sometimes butter chicken ect.

Before bed i eat either any of the above

i want to do them because im going to the army in febuary next year and i want to get alot stronger and get quite bigger.

ill try find a camera and take some pictures of what i look like and post them in the picture forums

lol seriously, like the 2 above, thats some shit food.

Dinner is ok, but cut the 2 minute noodles all together. 10 weetbix etc aint gonna help much either, like above u need protein.

Get a bag of PVL mutant mass, some high quaility protein (like twinlab 100% whey fuel) and a blender.

That should last you around a month - 6 weeks total for the 2 of them.

Full your blender each day and drink it with meals and in between. (expecially after training)

Vitamin B, C will help digestion / keep your immune system up a bit.

google for high protein stuff you might like, i generally go:

Steak, Eggs, Canned Tuna, Chicken, (Milk and Bananas in blender with protein's)

The first thing you need to do is go get yourself some protein, a good 100% whey then have that at breakfast, pre, post train and before bed. The next thing is to get some good low gi carbs into you such as pasta, rince with your meals with some tuna, salmon etc.

Cut the bread and cut the pies out of the diet!!!!

That some good shit eh Keats?

Like the other boy's are saying, get your diet in check asap and you should notice some decent gains. ie, your diet should look something like this,

TRAINING DAYS:

0730: Breakfast - 80g CHO + 40g PRO (high GI = simple cho - i.e. 1 banana fruit smoothie, 30-40g dextrose with one scoop of whey protein)

0800 2nd Breakfast - 40g CHO + 30g PRO (low GI = complex cho - i.e.oats/porridge, basmati rice, some steak chicken or tuna for protein)

1000: Morning Tea - 40g CHO + 30g PRO + 10g fat(low GI cho, two slices vogels bread, with peanut butter and some protein, ie. whey shake)

1200: Lunch 40g CHO + 30g PRO + 20g FAT ( low GI cho - i.e. whole durum wheat pasta with one can of tuna & 10-15 almonds)

1500: Afternoon Tea - 28g CHO + 28g PRO + 10g FAT (low GI cho - i.e. head of broccoli, some nuts, almonds/cashews Pro - protein shake or lean chicken breast, steak, or tuna)

1800: Dinner - 15g CHO + 15g PRO (low GI cho - i.e. vegetables, two heads of broccoli, two fists of sweet potato, some meat or a shake)

1930: 2nd Dinner - 30g PRO (Protein shake, cottage cheese or lean meat)

Maybe you should visit bodybuilding.com for some diet plans and way's on how to maximise post-training diet etc. But you could probably follow this one as a guide, to get some gains, it would certainly require you to eat alot more, which should give you better results than what you're seeing right now.

As for gear, it's not for everyone. But it shouldn't be used as a shortcut to 'try' and get some extra pounds when all you need right now is a steady diet.

Hope this helps buddy. :D

  • 1 month later...

Let your lymphatic system properly develope 1st mabe 21yrs old, otherwise you will screw yourself up for sure.

Try training like a maniac, eat like a mofo take some natural gear, make all the gains you can possibly get naturally first untill you reach your full genetic potential and then if you still are not happy consider it.

Like Sid Vicious said, smoke cab first work your way up to skunk then drop A grade when your 21, you just dont jump to top shelf when your young otherwise you fuk yourself.
