Thinking about starting a cycle

thanks for all the feedback guys.

yes i ive been doing a bit more research and i think im going to set myself up with a written food program eating things such as tuna, rice , pasta ect. and also start drinking whey protein and maybe start taking creatine tabs. I have another question, say if i was to take them (which im going to follow your guys advise and not) how would it screw my life up?

you will make little gains as you dont no wot your doing regarding diet, training etc, and if you do make little gains you will lose them straight away after cycle. also if your body isnt ready for a cycle and you do one it can make gaining muscle harder when you finish.

you dont just take a magic pill called steroid and grow massive you really got to no wot your doing id say at LEAST 3 years hard training and over the age 21 before even considering it bro.

im with marcus, eat heaps of clean food, lots of protien every 2-3 hours throughout the day. ditch the rubbish food, stay off the booze. with out supplements your weight will definatly go up, then when you reach a plateo (sp) start with a creatine product.

this is not an easy journey if you decide to start trying to build a better body, there are no easy options or short cuts for eating right and hard training!

Hey Bro,

Build your foundation 1st and formost man!!! it is vital!! Straight up bro. Well that's my opinion.

Then when you have been through the trenches and earned you a solid base, then maybe look at taking it up a level.

But get your diet down, training down and grow as much quality muscle then go for it i say!!!!

At the end of the day it's your body bro!!!

is age really a factor??

if not steroids dose creatine do the job for someone my age??

im quite a fussy eater.

Breakfast: 10 weetbix

Lunch: a can of Spageti or baked beanes on 2 pices of toast with 2 eggs. sometimes 2 to 3 packs of 2 minute noodles or pasta...maybe a pie or 2 lol...

Tea: eitha the same as what i said in lunch or roast veges and chicken. sometimes butter chicken ect.

Before bed i eat either any of the above

i want to do them because im going to the army in febuary next year and i want to get alot stronger and get quite bigger.

ill try find a camera and take some pictures of what i look like and post them in the picture forums

Jesus, with that diet steroids should be the very last thing on your mind.

ok well i am aged 17, also is this 2 young??

169cm tall and 63kg, i am not sure of my body fat% but last time i tested it was 8%

I train 4 to 5 times a week at the gym for about 7months now, over that time the changes i have seen in my body is i have toned up quite a bit and slightly gained a bit of mass but not very much as this is what im aiming to do. i eat around 4 to 5 decent meals aday aiming to get around 150g+ of protein and as many calorys as i can to try gain weight but from what i gather i am a hard gainer and have a very fast motabalisim.

Also a question about gear, dose it stop you growing taller?

And no i havnt got my gear yet i want to do a bit more research before i get some

Shit I just realized your only 17... man you shouldn't even consider doing a cycle in my opinion. Get a good 5 years worth of training naturally before you even consider touching gear!! Remember its not a miracle drug that makes you huge; you have to understand training, diet & your body which only experience and time training naturally will give you. Also your still growing because at your age your hormones are buzzing, you dont wanna mess all that up man!! You say that your a hard gainer, as soon as you come off any cycle you do, you will have trouble retaining your gains because you are having trouble gaining naturally. Learn your body, training & nutrition for a number of years 1st!! Well that is my advice anyway....

im 20 now so still reasonably young and iv been training for a good 3-4 years and i am still seeing gains....although they are starting to slow... my point is at your age eat as much as you can, eat healthy, get your vitamins - never leave food on a plate and you will start to see some real gains. you can workout all you want but if you arnt eating enough - especially with a high metabolism you wont grow. :clubbed:

Yea when i look at it that way maybe i should hold off for a few years..

I wasnt sure if gear would do this or not but now i no. As i would like to get taller if i could

Hahaha I doubt your gonna grow any taller at 18...lmao.

Ive been 6 foot 2 since I was 14....wish I was a couple inches shorter actually lol.
