There was a show in Dunedin this weekend too. Why didn't you just do that one?

yes there was and it was a nabba show and don't intend to do a nabba show in future since nabba is run by Jim Pitt besides rather the one show format like nabba/wff which is better since it has a one show format. Where sooner the better one can go and eat

Do you think once the word spreads that you trained yourself to a first place without the help of a trainer that you might become the next big guru? A new zealand hany rimjob or Chad Nicholls.

Are you expecting to place first in your class at nats? If so then what next? Is there a nabba/wff worlds or something. .will you compete in that if you qualify for it?

know that the world's are held in south Africa this year and hope to place first in my class that's the plan if not that's cool

Noticed in the photo that real talk posted that my back is bigger this year with more muscle on it which is good compare to previous years when I have competed. My back was one of my week points with not much thickness or width on it.

Will you look at enlisting a trainer next time round man? I think having somebody lay out a battleplan for you could benefit you immensely.

Its a great shot for sure. Back looks thick and wide, arms look at least 14 inches and calves have great definition. It would be a perfect facebook or instagram profile pic.

Was planing on taking a week off from training to give my body a rest but given I have qulafyed for nats in three weeks time. When Monday rolls around it's going to be a all out war in the gym plus I am planing on coming in more rip for nats by doing high intensity cardio which will be 30 minutes each. Will be using a different type of whey for my prep. Which will be ps whey after reading what's in like zero carbs and sugar in it thought bingo and sounds good to me.

DB incline press 1x15 15kgs,5x12 30kgs,32kgs,35kgs,37kgs,40kgs

Fiat DB bench press 4x10 30kgs,32kgs,35kgs,40kgs

Incline flys 4x10 20kgs,22kgs,25kgs,27kgs

Cable cross overs 4x10 55pps,65pps,75pps,85pps last triple drop sets

Calf press 4x20 5pps,6pps,7pps,8pps

Standing calf raise 3x20 124kg,130kg,150kg

When I got up this morning and weighed myself before breakfast to see what my weight was after my comp before I start my prep for nats after taking a break from the diet yesterday . Weight was 83.5kg only put on two kg mostly due to water and carbs getting into the muscle. Was going to do ten 30 minute sessions of cardio orginaly when I was thinking about my plan for cardio with nats coming up be best to up to 35 minute sessions of cardio instead. Had a case of bad luck while I was doing my cardio on the treadmill and the first one after my comp on Saturday . My feet give out on me which weird went off the treadmill not to sure what happen thought bugger and one of my co workers who training a client ask me if I was ok? Said all good . Spent most of today exploring other accomodation options for when I head up to chch for nats by emailing Canterburynz.com like motels etc. when I got the price range for the motels that are in the area of city fitness Norwood and burnside high school.thought no to expensive and most of them were out of my price range. Asked about backpacker options there were a few in my price range like the ymca which is 36 per night thought that's good . Asked about the cost of busses and taxis for coming and going $3.50 from coming and going taxi $30 from the city. Photos from the Wellington show that I did on Saturday are up now over on go figure .

Did you get embarrassed when you flew off the treadmill lol? I would have . Saw it happen to a girl in the gym once and I just looked away pretending I didn't see . How do you come up with your cardio times ? Will the 10 sessions of 35 mins make that much more difference than the original 10 x 30 min sessions?

Yes I was rather embarrassed when that happend and thought of videos on YouTube that I have seen of people flying off treadmills in the gym. Reason being for uping my cardio is want to come in more lean for nats only five minutes difference better then 60 minute sessions of cardio what I was doing for nats prep last year.
