This is me at one of my comps last year, I did Hamilton Aug 26 and Pibba Sep 2.

Have been training hard since i got back, but my immune system really went to crap after the comp. I also went overseas the day after my last comp and lived it up a bit too much.. :oops:

So I'm now trying to find a happy medium with my training, health and life balance. I am focusing on putting on more muscle and training my legs harder this year and helping others compete as well.

Thanks everyone for your nice comments.

I'm going to focus on improving my leg definition and increasing muscle all over, particularly lats.

I'm itching to compete again. Watching the Auckland comp tomorrow will heighten the feeling too. But must be patient :nod:
