yeah i get that alot!! fustrating it is!

I did a body fat test with sports nutrition :) today

I came in at

weight: 112.8kgs

Bf: 13 %

Goal is: weight 105kgs bf: 6%

Good stuff bro!!! Judging by youre past progress you'll be 2-3% in no time!!!! :nod:

Thanks man

Did cardio today - 45 mins

Also did some crunches, leg raises, cycling the legs ( ab) and some other random ab exercises :shifty:

Man Today was doing cardio - did about 20-25 minutes...

then i kinda hit a brick walll... finally realised I am scared of loosing the weight and making the change!!!!!!!

Am I stupid for feeling this way???

Trying to get my head straight and over come this!

Any thoughts guys and girls? :doh:

Not really about loosing muscle mass.. its just that I have lost the weight so fast its kinda scary that I am almost there and I am getting a bit scared of this.

I dont know why but my mind has started to play mind games in my head!

I understand exactly how you feel...it is very scary being 2-3%...the girls chase you like there is no tomorrow!!!!!

Thanks man yeah it has been thats whats been playing on my head... achieved so much so fast... just trying to get back from the moon now :P and keeping the momentum going u know... almost like I have hit reality and this is how I am now.

It's psychological man, alot of massive guys hit the wall a bit once they shed alot of weight and realise they arnt as "big" just remember its pretty much all fat thats been lost and how good it feels to know what you're doing is improving your health and how you look. What you've already done is great man keep up the hard work.

Yes completely right... that feeling of being big seems to have gone by by and when I mean big its more like big aka fat...

Now when i got somewhere i try to remember that I dont have to eat like a pig or just keep eating now I have to take care of my body and the machine it is and feed it good clean food! Just like you would a ferrari .... just such a weird but good feeling.

Thanks mate... I just so glad I have the great support from my team around me!!

Really helps me keep on track and get back on track when I come of! :oops:

just cant wait to put more muscle back on in place of the fat!~

today i trained at west wave just to try it out for the pools and the gym...

The gym is allright pretty nice and easy set up. Going to stick with less mills though cause its just got tons and tons of machines...and weights

But i loved the swimming probably going to try to swim once a week or something to get that cardio up up up and away!!!!!

Yeah, getting close to the goal is a mind-fark...do you tell yourself you're entitled to look good, you're entitled to be healthy and fit - to say nothing of ripped and built!

FWIW, I remember at one point trying on some clothes in a shop and having a really hard time believing that the guy in the mirror was me... chest size was what waist used to be...and I think until folks who lose weight make the mental connection that this is who they are, it can be real easy to backslide...get back into the 'one bag of chips or one beer can't hurt" mindset.

I am just feeding my head atm...I do find myself snacking a bit ... i have to try to shut my mouth up lol ... going to start focusing again on timing my intake of food again... i.e. 10 am . 1 pm meals to get some kinda regularity going on in my system...

Yes " i am entitled to look good and feel healthy and feel happy"

and no i dont wanna get back to that one piece of bread wont hurt or it will be ok if i eat some chocolate cereal or curry etc etc etc... and i dont wanna spiral again.. .worked to dam hard!!!

Sit need to buy myself a notebook so I can record my weights... going to get on it this weekend

Any tips of where buy a good work out book for recording weights in ?

Tonight did Legs

When crazy!


  • Squats 6 sets 60kg/ 80? 100/ 120 / 130 / 120 /100/ 60 kgs
    Leg Press 4 sets 160/ 240/ 320/ 320 kgs ( Reps 15/12/8/5)
    Leg Curl
    Lying Leg Curl
    Seated Calf raises
    Abs - went crazy with abs.. i have set a challenge for myself to get a six pack

Entering .. .reps and sets are so much of a dam hassle!!

Saturday 5 th July

Morning Session - Cardio 1 hour

Afternoon Session - Shoulders

( still waiting for a table function to be inserted)

I really focused on keeping strict form ... dropping the very heavy weights opting instead for technique and just draining the muscle trying to get that really good pump. Its actually pretty good now that I have stopped focusing completely on loosing the weight but now I am just focusing on getting the muscles developing and strengthening.

Feels good!!! Its definitely coming along and I keep learning more and more as I read and listen to more body builders! 8)

HI team

Sorry just been really busy training!!!

I am down to about 110 kgs now and still training hard!!!! actually increasing the intensity of the eating.

My food has come back. Any suggestions as to what comp I could possibly start with? for my first comp?

I will upload some new photos later on in the week when I have some free time :oops:
