Did Chest-

( Key: r= reps, s= sets, kg= kilograms)

Bench Press - 60kg/10r, 100kg/10r, 120kg/9r, 100kg/5, 80kg/5r

Decline Press- 60 kg/10r, 80 kg/10r, 90kg/10r

Dumbell incline- 27.5 kg/10r/3 sets

Machine chest press

Dumbell fly - 25kg/10r, 30kg/10r, 35kg/10r

Cable fly 30kgs/10r, 42kg/10r, 24kg/10r

Dips - 3 r/ 4 sets

Big red is back and lost a lot of weight !!

I know i havent kept up my journal but I have been training like a dog!!

I now weigh 115 and I am going to put up some pictures soon!

I might even put it on youtube :$

Great to hear, Sean - it's not about the talking, it's about the doing! and by the sound of things, the 'doing' is going just fine, if you're down from 127 to 115 in a coupla months.

Don't worry about the plateau, everyone gets 'em. When was the last time you looked at your training routine, or diet? Remember that now you're a shedload lighter, you might want to look at total calories again, there's less of you needs feeding!

I still find myself stuff my face sometimes i have to remember to eat less , i think cause i am big i have to eat big.... but i have to eat properly!!!

Did Shoulders and triceps today !

I really wish there was a way to cut and paste what the mind recorded lol

Shoulder

Seated Bar Shoulder press

Dumbell shoulder press

Dumbell shoulder flys

20 kg plate shoulder lifts ( infront of the body)

Seated machine shoulder press

Cable shoulder pull ups

Tricep

Tricep pull down

Dips

Rope tricep pull down

Dumbell overhead ( Skull Crusher)

I dont have a note book, but going to start recording things down... Anyone else have problems trying to write things when your pumped and a pen looks so dam tiny!!!
