SHoulders- Back from a weeks camp.

Weight down to 136kgs

Chin ups - reduced the assitance down to 42 kgs, did 3 sets of 12, 10 6

Deadlift- 60kgs, 100 kgs (5) , 140 kgs (10), 180kg (failed)

Backrow- 60 kgs (10 reps) 80 Kgs 2 sets ( 10 reps)

Dumbell Rows: 22.5 kgs (10 reps, both arms) 35 kgs 2 sets (10 reps, both arms)

Cable rows- 3 sets 12 reps

Lat pull downs

Front and back 3 sets

Cardio 30 mins - 8-9 incline - 5.5 speed

Cardio

Abs- 4 super sets of

Sit ups, Swiss ball presses, swiss ball leg curls and back raises

Walk - 5.5 speed 30 mins, 8-9 incline

Eating healthy thus far

Nice work on getting your diet in shape bro... dont ever give up on it... at least if your like me.. getting work outs: easy as however dieting discpline: very hard to master!

Keep track of your progress with measurements and pictures.. great motivation mate !

Thanks mate

As many of the people at les mills have noticed I am slowly loosing more and more weight

I dont want to put up any pics because I am at the moment trying to do a 10 week programme of cutting up. I will show the transformation pictures at the end.

Trust me they will be worth looking at :P

Today did legs and cardio - 50 mins cardio- mixed it up with bike/ rowing/ fast walking

Got up at 6 am .. down to the gym at 7 am

Did a 45 min cardio session at 5.5 speed 5 incline.... on an empty stomach..

I am eating very healthy thanks to big ALL

I am getting my body into shape for the next 6-8 months... I hope to be pushed along by everyone on this site :)

Respect - in the gym at 7am on a holiday's what it's gonna take! Are you taking a protein shake to the gym to knock back right after your workout? That might help with the fatburning.
