Basically if I am 92kgs 6 ft 1, 16% body fat how much fat would I have to loose to drop 1% of body fat?

 

Can you please work this out and post how you worked it out for not only me but others so I know in future as I am too dyslexic to figure this shit out myself using a google guide...

if 16% of you is lard, then your lean mass is 77.3kg and 14 7kg of you is lard.

if you divide you lean mass by 85 and times it by 100 you get 90.9kg

So if you don't lose any muscle and lose 1.1kg of lard you should be there.

but heres the hard point. for example my bodyweight will flutuate more than that in a day.

so you need to make sure your in exactly the same body enviroment for you weigh in/ fat test.
