My legs are lacking a bit of size compared to upper body at the moment.

Anyone have any good regimes they do to quickly build legs?

What works for you etc? Go harder, eat more, train them more?

Just put on about 6-7 kilos but i think only 2-2.5 maybe less has gone from my waist down.. No noticable difference there, yet upper body there is.

This is my current routine for quads - I alternate between the two each week. This works really really well for me - they always growing.

ROUTINE 1

BB Squats

1 x 15reps x 60kgs (warm-up)

1 x 10reps x 100kgs (warm-up)

10 x 10reps x 140kgs (normally your bodyweight)

The 10 sets of 10 reps are done with 45secs rest in between - this is time it takes my partner to do his set otherwise it would be shorter.

Leg Press (45 deg)

2 x 50reps x 240kgs (double my bodyweight)

after that I move onto Hammies (leg curls and SLDLs)

ROUTINE 2

Leg Extensions

1 set of 30

3 sets of 15 (cant remember what weights - usually 3/4 of the stack)

BB Squat]

1 x 15 x 60kgs

1 x 10 x 100kgs

1 x 10 x 140kgs

1 x 10 x 180kgs

1 x 10 x 200kgs

1 x 10 x 180kgs

LegPress (45 Degree)

1 x 15 x 6pps

1 x 15 x 8pps

1 x 15 x 10pps

2 x 15 x 12pps

Then hammies....

As you can see all my leg w-outs never go below 10reps - Im strong believer that you need high reps for your legs to grow....

I've tried the 10 x 10 before at SM's recommendation - it's wicked, and as you would imagine an absolute killer even at a lower weight (I did with 60kg). By set 7 you know all about it.
