Righto nearly end of 1st week, already noticable changes

strength is up, easy shoulder press on smith machine 3 plates aside for reps had a nudge at 3.4"5 plates but needed assistance.

 

im gell wattery by end of day, morning i an make out my abs but by dinner time im a water buffalo. Weight has climbed 3kgs in one week.

Muscles are hell full all day!

acne on forehead is annoying might go docs get some anti biotics.

 

few selfies pwo nothing amazing but meh can only get better

2nd week almost up- gaining weight like i crazy. The other night jumped on the scale for a laugh and weighed my heaviest ever at 140kgs.  Breathing has got a bit harder but strength is ceratainly on the rise.  Tidying up diet a bit so not much sodium and crap.  Water retention is high high lol

Thought i would log a traininh every now and again to give an idea what im doing...

Bit of a mixed leg session lastnight, squats are getting stronger by the week, 2 leg sessions a week atm 1 more quad focus and the other hamstring.

 

lying hamstring curl

2 warmup sets of 20

6 working sets 6-10 reps

 

seated adductor machine

1 warmup set 20

4 working sets 12-20 reps

 

BB squats

9 sets of 6 reps. Starting load 60kg, heaviest set 220kg.

 

hack squats

4 sets of 20reps

 

RDLs

4 sets of 12

 

seated hamstring curl

4 sets 15-20

 

standing calf raise

8 sets 20-30 reps

nearing the end of week 2 updates.

since tidying up the diet i feel a lot better, less lethargic and shitty, unsure of caloric intake at the moment but i have a rough idea of my daily intake and just keep that consistant - at the moment that consists of 5 cleans meals and 1 dirty meal a day - i also include peri workout nutrition - 100g carbo drink, 15g BCAA, 10g creatine.

 

i dont really want to be chasing the scale of this mass phase but weight is shooting up so quick.  this is by far the fastest i have gained scale weight with the increased dose of testosterone with the added nandrolone, its not the most pritty looking physique but the shear mass gain is crazy.  the only negative side i can think of at the moment is the rapid weight gain has caused some noticable heavy breathing at times. only other sides are bit bloat and water retention and spots of acne on forehead, comes with the territory i suppose.  since last week cale weight is up again another kilo.  first thing in the morning my weight is about 136kgs and come night time it fluctuates by about 5kgs.

strengthwise im feeling awesome, last few months have backed off heavy weights but my joints feeling good on this stack- im back squatting 5 plates for easy reps, flat benching pressing 4 plates, and all of my isolation exercises have gone up considerably, so im making the lost of it, and take an extra rest day if needed.

in 3-4 weeks i will drop the EQ and add in either an oral or other compound, undecided as yet

Almost 4 weeks into blast now.

weight is holding pretty steady,  strength continues to increase slowly, even with the npp elbow and lower back a bit sore from the want of lifting heavy all the time, so took the last 3 days off the gym.

Got OTP in the weekend, fml its taken until today to feel better.  On the positive side acne and bloat have got a bit better,.  I actually missed a day of injecting last week, im not sureif it was in my head but the next day i was a lot less bloated and abs started to pop through which i thought was funny considering i look like an elephant aftera day worth of food.

took a couple selfie pics better lightiing , will  update quad training later.

lol thank you men, the selfie game is a tough ordeal :D

anyway my leg train tonight with a quad focus

started with leg extension- 10 sets

started off really light and did sets of 10 and pyramid up in weight until i got to a fairly heavy weight for 3 working sets of the stack, very controlled movements every set.

 

smith machine squats - 6 sets

decided to give the smith machine a go tonight as my lower back is still a bit tight and it takes the pressure off a bit. completed 6 sets of 10 reps all up, again pyramid up in weight 1pps, 2pps, 3pps,4pps ,4.5pps then 5pps for my last set.

 

hack squat- 4 sets

quads are begining to feel it now to nothing to heavy worked upto 2.5pps , focus o this movement was a 5 second negative/eccentric phase and power up and squueze at top of the movement- feet positioned like a duck very narrow, quads were on fire.

 

leg press- 9 sets

sets of 12 on the leg press tonight. started off with 4pps and ended with 13pps nothing to fancy just a bit of volume.

 

walking lunges- 4 sets

to finish off 4 sets of walking lunges with barbell, didnt need much weight legs were fxcked by this point.

 

single leg standing calf raises

didnt count reps, just alternated for 10min straight until failure on each calf.

I decide if im gonna drink im gonna drink, i got pretty shitfaced, nothing i do regularly but i rarely catch up witt mates so no regrets :) but training was hard no doubt about it but if anything i feel refreshed from a good sweat out.

no orals yet, might avoid them actually the just supress my appetite.

Into my 6th week of test, npp and eq blast.  2 more weeks will end part 1 of 2 which is purely growth phase and part 2 will be recomping what new mass has been added and getting rid of some unwanted bodyfat, will be changing compounds for part 2.

weight right now is the heaviest to date- about 142kg during the day.  what i have noticed is breathing and daily tasks are harder, can still tir my shoes no worries so thats a bonus lol

Positives so fat...

stength is crazy good

joints feel  good even under heavier training than usual

thickness, thick thick thick is all i can say

libiido sky high, would be almost anything lmao

muscle fullness, pumped 24/7

sleep is amazing, compared to tren :D

i have heard npp and eq are great for arms (npp) and delts (eq) which i feel im growing nicely in these areas.

 

negatives...

rapid weigh gain, havnt adjusted yet- breathing issues etc

water retention/bloat- at times i look pregnant and lines & vascularity Have dissapeared a bit, the "bodybuilder" look is slowly turning into a powerlifter lol

just went in decided to give some barbell squats a go as back is feeling better and a bit of this and that lol noticing in getting a dead arm on my right hand side very easy at times its weird.

Have managed to secure 100IU of Ansomone GH

So i decided to add in coming up to part 2 of blast, depending on legitimacy or if product is fake will determine if i carry on using GH in the future.

i began yesterday at 4IU pinned IM 30-45 preworkout.

il pin at different times through my usage just to gauge how much of a difference its makes day to day.

all i know lastnighy i had one of the best sleeps ever and im sleepy as f*ck today.  Might have been the long night shift though lol

I used Ansomone back in 2005 and was of the opinion it lacked a vital amino acid, therefore it could only be used once, as short term the body can compansate, but after one course thats it..?

No idea if correct, could someone confirm..?
