What are the active ingredients?

 

While ive heard of lucid dreaming never tried the method stated. however once during a bad dream i gained awareness that it wasnt real and that i could do what i want and since then am in control of my own actions in all my dreams to a large extent although not the context of my dream and locations etc.

Pinched a nerve in my back by being a douche and not warming up before squats the other day. Its fine now but taking a few days to be safe and will pick up squat program either where I left off or start again as was only a week in. Today I trained shoulders and arms with a medium to heavy intensity.

Seated military press 97.5kg x 5 80kg x 10 80kg x 9 chin to lockout.

Rear delt macine x 4 sets reverse and normal grip.

Ezibar skullcrushers strict 50 kg x 2 sets of 10

Ezibar arm curl 50kg x 10

DB curls on 45 degree row macine. face down x 15 x 15 neutral and normal grip

Thats it. Off for a deep tissue massage in an hour. Pain time

Yesterday i stuffed around again with chest and did the following

Flat bench     120kg x 3 sets of 10

Floor press lots of reps up to 100kg for sets of 10

Lat pulldowns x 3 sets of 8-12

Seated Cable rows   lightish    x 12  sets of 10 all different angles from low to high 

 

Today i did some arms and a db rows

DB rows    30kg x 10    40kg x 2 sets of 10

Ezi-bar skullcrushers    50kg    x 14     x 10          strict

Ezi bar curls                   50kg x 10    x 5      shit

Reverse curls x  3 sets

Wrist curls x 3 sets

DB neutral grip wrist curls x 3 sets

Went in for a squat sesh today to see how my glute coped. Felt weak as piss but managed the following.

Back squats (beltless)  60kg x 10    100kg x 5  140kg x 4    160kg x 2   180kg x 1   200kg x 1

Front squats   100kg x 5   120kg x 2   140kg x 1   150kg x 1  160kg x 1 pb

Pause squats   3 secs   100kg x 2 sets of 3    120kg x 3 sets of 3

All and all ok. Glute still a bit strange but came out ok without much strength loss.

Been sick . Not much sleep and flu like symptoms. Didnt even wanna train but got back in there today before I wasted away.

Bench press all paused reps. 100kg x 6 120kg x 5 125kgx 1 130kg x1 135kg x 1 140kg x 1 145kgx1.

Benches felt good and getting fast on the negative now so not using up so much energy. Chucked on the slingshot and did 3 touch n go reps at 155kg. Followed with a couple of sets of incline smith and back work.

Decided I might enter a pl comp in December in New Plymouth. Started training toward that today.

Squats 60kg x 8 100kg x 8 140kg x 5 180kg x 1 added belt then 200kg x 1 205kg x 1

140kg x 12

Front squat 140kg x 1 160kg x 1 (almost tipped forward ) 100kg x 12

Bench 125kg x 4 sets of 5 all paused.

Been hopeless with filling this out now I have my phone app. But been just hitting basic lifts lots building up weekly. This week has been the following.

Monday = Barbell squats up to 190kg for 5 with belt. Could possibly have hit 7 or 8. Pause squats and jumps to finish. Squat variations 3 x a week . Converting slowly to low bar cause ive always done high bar up to 215 kg and I wanna hit 230kg belt and sleeves. Need to learn how to use wraps so will implement them after comp.

Tuesday = Shoulders and arms high reps

Today = Deadlifts 210kg x 5 sets of 2 . Fairly easy. Build up each by 10 kg until 2 weeks from comp

Bench up to 140 for 4 touch n go. Then put on slinger and did a single at 150 and 160. Shoulders were tight so only paused up to 135kg today warming up

Flat barbell bench press. 60kg x 10 , 100kg x 6 , 120kg x 4 , 125kg x 4, 130kg x 4, 135kg x 3.

shoulders have been sore and niggly after trying to get into snatches to quickly . Staying away from snatches for a while and will just pick up the clean and jerk.

Squats 180kg x 3 sets of 5 with belt. 200kg x 1 just for fun. felt easy.

Bench press today. Shoulders were so beat but went in anyway.

140kg x 2 sets of 3 just touch n go not bounce. 145kg x 1. really struggled with shoulders being so sore and would normally pause these ok but played it safe.

Did some back squats up to 160. Then I switched to fronts as that felt shit to.

Worked up to a 165kg front squat which is a new pb so at least got something out of the day. Gonna take a couple rest days and eat heaps.

90 degree barbell rows . 60x15 100kg x 3 sets of 5 60kg x 15

Lat pulldowns wide grip x 2 sets of 8

DB rows x 1 set of 10

Hyper bench x 2 sets of 10 speed on upward

Reverse hyper just legs x lots

Was gonna see how much I can bench today but mild tendon pain in bicep from squats and no spotter so just trained normal.

Bench press. 60kg x 10 100kg x 5 120kg x 2 130kg x 2 140kg pause x 4 140kg x 3 130kg x 6

100kg wide grip x 10 30 secs rest 100kg close gip x 5

Finished with bis and tris , calf raises and 1 set of 20 squats at 70kg to get some blood in legs .

Squats and shoulders.

Squats 60kg x 9 100kg x 6 140kg x 5 180kg x 1 200kg x 1. 185kg x 3 sets of 5 work sets. Last set was hardish . Last rep was very hard.

Shoulders were just supersets of dumbell presses with lateral raises and rear delts at lightish weights until burnt out.

Deadlifts and some bench

Deadlifts i worked up the planned 230kg and did 2 sets of 2. Could have done 5 sets but coudnt be assed today,   finished with 8 reps at 200kg touch n go.

Bench was just stuffing around but i was taxed as far as strength went.

100 for 10.   120 for 5  130 for 5 x 3 sets.  spotted on a couple of reps.
