Survived holiday in Thailand not a single lady boy was slain that day. Have been back for a few weeks. Been mind fucked with squats thinking have lost a lot of strength on them which is of course impossible over the short period away. Been having a niggly shoulder so been a bit more timid on ohp and bench on 5/3/1 days since been back.

Tried a few tabs of Anavar over there 50 mg split 3 times a day didnt notice any pump at the gym from it. And used some Test 400gm was good minimal pip from it I was under impression higher the dose more chance of pip. Trained every 3 or so days over there just doing compound movements - body felt good with more days off. Have decided to have a rest day on wed now instead of 4 days on

Ended up with the shits for 5 days took a lot of immodium to stop it. So goes from needing to shit to been unable too :)

Also now have in home gym a Iron power brand hacksquat/leg press started of very light weight till get use to it. Things to note so dont have a bad time

- Wearing socks not a good idea slipped off

- Walking on wet grass with shoes inbetween sets a bad idea slipped of as well

- Not putting safety pin in properly leg press fell towards me lucky at lowest height

- Hack squat at 40kg seems hell of a lot heavier than leg press not sure why

 

Attached recent bloods too, have cut back on egg yolk doing white only. Still not taking an AI even thou estro high as no sides as such.

Found delicious post workout snack. Chocolate milk/chocolate protein powder (more flavour) made into custard. Tip in Pineapple and banana.

Proggy pics from today as well. Been looser on diet hitting 3k-3500k at a guess (usual meals + bit of icecream, peanut butter etc. Trying to get squat up so need to grow.

Glutes 78%, Quads 56%, Delts 53%....I think from memory..

 

what's this shit? if i pin delts then where does the oil+hormone that I inject go if is not into the blood?

 

Dependant on the speed of release into the blood stream, and the amount... More gets metabolized via 5-alpha reductase, and aromatase.... Into DHT and E2..... Resulting in less Testosterone, per injection....

Been a slack arse with updates

Shoulder feeling bit knackered have tried to lay off OHP and bench. Been a couple of weeks and still get strains on it while working. Left knee sore still few warm up sets of singles normally aliviates ache.

Have cut back dose (last thursday) to 250 now from 500. Still pinning mon and thursday pm. Not sure if cruise than just do test or add Deca/mast?

Last 3 weeks tried keeping calories over maintance trying to add bodyweight very slowly. Bw 76.1 kg after waking and pee.

Been trying to do arms twice a week as been concentrating on compound movements previously with the theory that they get hit through that alone

 

This week on 5/3/1 (This week 3)

Bench First time in 2 weeks 40*10 felt okay, 60*10 3 sets, 60*8,60*9. Shoulder funny next day :(

Squat 102.5*3     115*3    130*4

Deadlift  145*3   165*3    165*4(oops forgot to add weight wondered why light)    185*4 

OHP skipped, did 125*5 shrugs 2 sets and was like flag it.

Today some squats warm ups then 3 or 4 singles at 130kg. And then some curls/dips etc.

5/3/1 week

Squat 100*5    122.5*3    137.5*1

Deads 155*5   175*3      195*3  (Suprised me done 195*1 previously)

Skipped bench and military press on 5/3/1. Did shoulder shrugs and lateral raises on shoulder day doesnt seem to affect shoulder pain, chest day did 2 sets of 60*10 kg with discomfort.

Couldnt do photos did workout later in night saturday

5 rep Week, super bad pip all week. Hurt to walk ha ha

Squats 100*5,    120*5    132.5*1    Legs just werent in it today :(

Deads  145*5    165*5    185*4    Felt twinge in ab area didnt attempt 5th rep

Shoulders did some upright rows, and shrugs. Cant do military press as hurts shoulder

Didnt log bench was suppose to skip as shoulder sore think loaded bar up to 90kg did 3 reps. Next day shoulder was sore.

Had a random loss of 2kg bodyweight last 2 days in a row attached pic of weights. Really weird as pretty much eat same amount/thing every day.

Heya Spacebound - yeah Jeff Head not Seid lol. If look back most pics have used a different head. Jeff Seid is probably more physique I want as opposed to a Bodybuilders.

Think up to cycle 8 week 31.

I like 5/3/1 in the fact that each day know what rep goals and weights need to be hit.

Also good if cant be arsed can do the bare minimum and still be progressing.

Or if feeling energetic can add more excercises in.

Going to switch to a push/pull/legs routine at some stage I think too heavy is goind to take a toll on joints soon - not young anymore.

Had a wee cry couple of days ago over photo x gf sent me of us. Very strange.

Have attached recent bloods not taking an ai - should I? Or maybe add something like mast?

Also switched to p/p/l routine this week. Was deload week from 5/3/1 so lighter weights this week and will contine with p/p/l from now on.

Shoulder seems better from lighter weights higher reps, cant do miltary press at all :(

Only down side is it seems like your joints are getting fcked.

Hey thanks for post - wasnt going to reply but the estrogen made me do it

Yeah maybe my gains havent been the best - thats the whole reason why doing a journal. If anyones got any input would be appreciated and listened too. I train at home alone I dont know anyone that works out. What I do know I have learned form various websites and members here.

 Im sure as f*ck consistant with training - with it been something I look forward to every day. Even on holiday overseas I make sure hit the gym at least 3 times a week.

I also dont plan to compete on stage, I dont want to be some Olympia shaped bodybuilder - I just want to look the best I can. The only person I compete against is that scrawny dude in the mirror flexing away at me. Im fairly happy with the way I look Im 37 years old and when I show younger females (over 25 young to me ha ha) what I look like I only get positive remarks.

Im also fairly happy with my strength deadlift 1rm at 200kg at 76kg Bodyweight. I have had a couple of male flatmates come out and they cant lift my warm up weight 120kg.

Cruised on 250mg test e for a while, bumped back up to 500mg a week now. Trying to sort out ai dose at the moment. Not in the zone at all.

Having a few days off weights feeling sore and run down, pic from last weekend been cutting for a while. Still weigh f*ck all wet

Quick photo update, still doing pull/pull/leg off repeat.

1st 3 days of ppl trying for 4 sets of 5 reps(10 for legs), ie bench 80kg by8/6/5/5. If get 5 reps on all go up in weight next session

2nd 3 days of ppl going heavier. ie Bench 60kg*10, 70kg*10, 80kg*5, 90kg*2.

Just doing deadlifts on just 1 of the pull days and skipping on next 1 if that makes sense.

Todays workout attached didnt log all just some of it

Recent bloods is the estrogen one the correct one I got tested ??  Just been Taking zinc picolinate last 2 weeks (a week at 150mg initially, dropped to 100) now as ai before getting bloods.

 

Currently running a cruise dose of test (.5ml twice a week). Any thoughts on Drostanolone Enanthate(Mast) to use for drying out/ ai at a lowish dose.
