Regardless of what people say about drug use etc, you have still got the results and made huge progress. Well done

but if he was eating enough he could have done this naturally or using 250mg/week test only due to his age and time hes been on gear. i can remember when 250mg of legit pharma or vetinary grade test was enough to get up to 115kg at 7% bodyfat benching 200 for reps.

Haha I think I saw your hamburger challenge on facebook. It actually inspired me to work toward a max of ten hamburgers. Also saw your progress video over the last few years . You have grown a ton and have some awdsome lifts mate. Good going.

you can lift more than me on pretty much every thing now (i have been training once a week for years now.)

 

but pretty sure my best bench press of 145kg beats you? also I think i can C+J and snatch more than you. :P

Thanks bro! Those two clips in the video of me C+J are the only two occasions I have ever done them in 3 years lol. Never done snatches. I keep telling myself I should practise them but it always misses out with my bodybuilding/powerlifting training. It would be cool to get a 140kg C+J, one of my side goals. 

 

My bench is slowly improving, each time I make progress my shoulders give me grief and I have to start over again. Getting there though. I'm doing the GPC bench champs in 3 weeks and I'm hoping for a 150kg paused there :P

 

Why do you only train once a week? Is it by choice or would you prefer to train more often?

87.5kgs this morning. Lower back still felt stiff from Friday's squats so didn't do deadlifts. Quads are still DOMSed as fuuuuuark. Those dropsets were killa!

C+J and snatch prob dont help much with the bb stuff. but they are a bit of fun tbh.

150kg bench paused would be mean.

I only train once per week partly because im busy, partly because its not too important to me atm. but its suprising that i can pretty much maintain my strength with very little training all this time. I will prob get back into it seriously at some stage.

Keep up with your progress bro. next vid will be 2015 @ 100kg ripped :D

I gave the bench shirt a go today. Chest was already a bit sore from the workout on Tuesday.

I was stoked as with my training today! Got an instant 20kg carryover in the shirt. The 3 reps with 150kg were all clean and fast so I'm itching to see how much I can get out of the shirt in 3 weeks after practising in it. But I'm 86kgs at the moment so I need to lose 4kgs to compete in the 82.5kg class. That's gonna make the shirt looser and I might not be able to get as much carryover out of it.
