I've decided to enter the GPC Auckland bench wars at the end of July. Hoping to hit 157.5kg there. I think I had 2.5kg more in me yesterday so I want to put 5kg on my bench in the next 4 weeks.

The "back pumps" are usually due to water retention with pressure on the kidneys. I'm picking you only get these with the increased bodyweight, which coincides with highish androgen dosages? Often hear of these with guys usuing strong orals (Dbol/Anap) or high Test blasts. 

Check your blood pressure, but regardless might want to limit the time on the water retention causing compounds to pre-comp (PLing etc) or use a mild (or herbal) diuretic whilst on.

Na I get back pumps even on <200mgs a week as long as I'm in a calorie surplus.

Dunno why everyone thinks I run heaps of orals (moon face?) but the only ones I've taken are dbol and winstrol. Last time I took dbol was in July last year and last time I took Winstrol was October last year. Been taking Winstrol for the last two weeks though and joints feel good as ever.

Didn't train yesterday as I was pretty tired after work. I've got today and tomorrow off work so I just went in and did yesterday's session. Gonna go in later tonight and do a chest/tri workout with a couple of mates.

Deadlifts felt pretty good. I think I could've done 10 reps on the first set if the plates hadn't fallen off. I stopped at the 8th rep when it started to get hard. I'm too scared of grinding through deadlifts now.

Yeah definitely not as much load on the back and more quad recruitment. I just need to pull slowly when breaking the bar off the ground and not jerk it suddenly as I think that's why I injured myself last time.

 

Did 90 minutes of armwrestling training today. Pretty sore all over from yesterday's trains.

Yeah, I'm not sure if I will compete equipped next year. I'm tempted to because I've always wanted to do a meet in full gear but not sure if I'm willing to put in the time and effort required. Especially if it's at the expense of my raw lifting.

The first 2 reps were paused but for some reason I barely paused on the 3rd rep, it was more like a touch n go rep. I considered going for a 4th rep but didn't feel like getting pinned so just racked it. Still a massive PB for me, I've never done 140 for more than 1 rep.

88.2kgs bodyweight. Update on the GH, I'm not really feeling any effects at all from the GH. No side effects or beneficial effects. I'm still waiting for my blood results. I'm thinking they should arrive this week. Regardless of whether it's real or fake, I'm not going to get any more GH once I use up what I bought. I have about a week's worth left. It's not worth the money and the main reason I tried it was out of curiosity. Now that I've tried it I'll just stick to da tren!

Na took it like 4 times then stopped. I can't be fucked pinning all the time. Don't feel anything different anyway and don't like drinking sugar drinks while working out lol.

Do you think the slim was even real?

I would say it is. Slin is very cheap and there wouldn't be much profit in counterfeiting slin. And it came in a sealed foil package. 

 

I guess I could find out easily by injecting 10iu of slin then not eating any carbs. I might go hypo and die but at least I know it's legit

Destructive testing is typically the most reliable....

Just take one hit a day post workout, little bit of glucose and the rest of your nutrients can come from real food. I dunno what all this craze is with taking it pre workout then drinking a bottle of coke during training lol. You can smash on the weight doing one good hit post workout each time you train. Pinning it more than once per day is horrible feeling having to worry about meal timings and being prepared and shit.

89kgs bodyweight. 220 for 5 is a sumo PB. I've never attempted over 200 on sumo. I did 220x5 conventional in January.

I'm feeling quite beat up and all my joints are feeling really sore. I think I may take a deload week, my body needs it. I'm a bit more experienced now to realise that if I keep pushing myself now and keep lifting heavy, I'm gonna end up in Snap City.
