Vacuum packing standard for legit product, not a repack. There are legit HGH around with loose powder as repacked (wouldn't usually have any vacuum I'd think though) as I know people that have had it tested. Joys of having to get through customs I guess, no doubt the peptide degrades somewhat with extra handling & exposure to air but not to a significant effect unless exposed to high temp.

If your source is dodgy just test it before committing to 5+ kits you'll need to get any really benefit!

That's why I only bought one kit. Like I said, I'm going to get my IGF1 tested to determine legitimacy.

Pinned another 10iu of growth at 3am this morning. Had a casein shake then went back to bed.

Pinned 6iu of slin preworkout then had my protein shake straight after. I only drank half of my Raro drink though. So only had 40g of carbs throughout my workout. I only worked out for half an hour though so didn't really burn much glucose.

The reason I did so little is that I was supposed to do hamstrings today but my right calf is still inflamed and swollen from a bad injection I did last Tuesday. So that causes a lot of pain whenever I do anything on my feet. Also when I gain weight quickly I get bad lower back pumps if I do anything that involves movement of the lower back. Doing deadlifts today, I was suffering quite bad from them. I think I may have to drop the weight back down to 86kg or so. Back in February when I was 85-86kg I felt at my best, a good balance between being strong and eating enough without feeling bloated, fat and heavy.

Sumo deadlift

60kg x5

100kg x5

140kg x5

180kg x2

Felt pretty shit tbh. Lower back pump was very annoying.

Lying leg curls

x16, 3 sets

Bike 10 mins

Abs 10 mins

88.5kgs this morning bodyweight.

Why would you do something as high risk as pinning your calves?

Looks pretty nasty but a walk in the park compared to the clots others have had.

risk vs reward TL Smile

I've done it before, never had any problems.

Bench today, pinned 8iu NovoRapid pre workout

Touch and go

20kg x8

60kg x8

100kg x6

120kg x3

130kg x6 PB

100kg x10

80kg x11

Skullcrushers

x10, 4 sets

Cable tricep extensions

x15, 4 sets

External rotations

x12, 2 sets

88.2kgs today. Yesterday I had about 5000 calories which is what I've been eating for the last week or so. That maintains 88kgs. If I want to maintain 85-86kgs I need to eat about 4000 calories daily.

Oh well maybe its worth it...you know site growth and all Lololol....could be just a one off....keep shooting those calves bro ;)

But seriously TL maybe you should ask around guys that have seen more than a few years of bodybuilding? Not too many good stories out there about shooting calves.

Don't believe in site growth, but I just like rotating between lots of sites to give each one as much rest as I can. Will stay away from calves though in the future. Once something like this happens you develop a mind block.

Do you think you would get that overwelming back pump on deadlifts if you did say singles or doubles?

And strong bench!

Yeah I get back pumps if I walk around for 10 minutes. Need to lose some weight, I can't bear the inconvenience.

Here's vid of bench

Pinned 10iu GH at 3am this morning. At 8:30am I got bloods drawn to test for IGF-1 levels. I started pinning growth on Tuesday morning so it's been 5 days. IGF-1 levels get elevated within 3 hours of GH administration and reaches peak concentration in 4 to 6 days so it should be as good as it's gonna get. My baseline IGF level was 20 and normal range is 14-57 so I'm thinking it should be at least 40+ if it has any trace of real GH in it, but over 60 if it's really legit Jintropins.

Should get results back in the next week or two.

Hey leeroid, you mentioned that you get back pumps from walking around too? I have a feeling it could be something to do with the neurological patterns. Because your really strong on deadlifting etc, to over time this could condition your nervous sysrem to fire off your erectors really hard, but in real life they are mainly for stability. So when you walk or do anything that puts a slight strain on the erectors, they fireoff really hard and overcompensate for the actionyour currently performing, leading them to get fatigued really quick. wouldnt have much to do with your weight, as your only a few killos heavier than me.

Mype teacher once told me that sore erectors can be bcause of weak abs, cuz if ur abs are weak then erectors overcompensate to provide stability to the trunk.

Just my 2 cents.

Yeah might be true. My abs certainly could be stronger.

But I never get back pumps when I'm cutting or maintaining weight. Only when I'm in a calorie surplus and gaining weight.

I'll be sweet once I'm back down to 86. Feeling much better today and I've lost a kg, down to 87.5 this morning. Had 3500 calories yesterday

Calf is a lot better since yesterday. Able to walk without pain although ROM is still limited.

I was able to squat today with my heeled squat shoes on. I wasn't able to hit depth without the heels due to my right calf still being tight/sore.

Squat
60kg x8
100kg x5 (add belt and wrist wraps)
140kg x5
180kg x3
200kg x5 PB

Leg extensions
x20, 5 sets. Reduced weight on final 3 sets.

Not a lot of volume but quads felt like jelly after high rep leg extensions. I was happy with my top set on squats especially considering I'd worked 3am to 2pm, had a sore calf and first time squatting in 14 days. Previous PB on 200 is 4 reps which was in late Jan, then in middle of Feb I did 230kg 1 rep. 1RM estimator for 5x 200kg projects my max at 225kg. So I'm very pleased that I haven't lost any strength since my long layoff from squats due to my back injury although I'm not sure that I can say the same for my deadlift. Hopefully my deadlift session on Thursday with 200kg will be alright. I've got to admit I'm a little scared as the last time I re-injured myself was doing 200kg deadlifts on the 6th rep. Might stop at 5 reps this time lol.

87.5kgs bodyweight. Had 4200 calories yesterday.

Cheers bro. U still got me on the deadlift, can't pull for shit. Yeap, it's been a while hasn't it. Still remember my first meet like it was yesterday, July of 2011. 140/80/160 @ 65.9 lol. Took me 2 years to bench 100. I remember being very impressed by your arms when I first saw you at the 2012 North Island champs.

Here's the vid of the 150kg bench.
