The posing vids are actually a really good technique for comparison. You never know whether a still photo has been snapped at just the wrong time, so video works really well.

I'd agree with you. Looking bigger up top, and harder/leaner in the legs.

Remember to rotate your tricep out towards us in the side tricep pose though - couldn't really see anything the way you were posing.

You mean rotate my upper body around Pseudo? I'll try it but my triceps are my worst bodypart imo. After that it's chest then deltoids.

I spotted loaded at the GPC Waikato all day today. It was pretty exhausting. Loading plates nonstop from 10am to 5:30pm. I'm glad to be in bed. It was good fun though, I met Donz and his huge calves, spotted for Soundsgood 330kg squat (not that he needed it) and stuck glue onto Jimmybros 190kg deadlift so it couldn't come off the floor.

Not really. Maybe a little bit of rotation in the torso would help, but really I'm talking about rotating your arm around so your elbow points more towards the judges, rather than behind you.

It's hard to describe, so have a play in the mirror, and I think you'll see what I mean. Just experiment with pointing your elbow in different directions, and see how it hides/reveals the tricep.

Realised at this point that the bar I was using had the rings further out than all the other bars. I thought the weights were feeling heavy and I didn't feel as tight coming down. So pulled my hands a bit closer like I normally do.

PB on bench is 145kgs done at 86.5kgs bodyweight back in February. So I've lost some strength while cutting unfortunately. I still have 2kgs more to lose by comp time so I hope I can at least retain 140kgs on the bench.

Massive headache at this point and felt like throwing up so I stopped here. On the drive home, my stomach started cramping up and felt absolutely horrible for about half an hour.

I think it was from pushing myself on the squats for the first time in months. I've done 20 reps with 140kg before but the 10 reps were enough to get me puffing for about a minute or two. Squats still felt solid though, no pain although I was definitely aware of the feeling lurking in the background that if I pushed too hard, I would re-injure myself. Definitely not 100% yet. Still have 12 weeks til Nationals.

Hoping to step on stage at 76 to 78kgs. Unsure where I will end up at this stage but I'm willing to drop as much weight as I need to be shredded. Last year I was on stage at 74kg but think I could've dropped a couple more kgs as I was not as lean as I would've liked.

Still 17 weeks out so I can cut slowly.
