Work sucks lilke that! But mentally and physically if you can't commit to it, you will never feel as if you gave it your all! What with you being such a driven person as it is!

I wanted to do Waikato's this year, but with work commitments (2 major ones) inbetween what would have been the last 6 weeks leading up to it, I just knew I couldn't do it. (that and my boss would have fired me for my attitude I'm sure!) still sucks though!

Great Goals by the way! Good to see you back on the site. I'm so wrapped up in training and diet, I can't be bothered posting a journal here, until I have some stats to report etc... probably closer to the time.

:)

Hey Peeps,

Well much to my disappointment it looks as tho Nationals will be out of reach for me this year. We're coming into the peak time at work which means long days/nights so i wont be able to guarantee that i can work out twice a day. But im not too bummed bout it. i am gonna set a new goal (lifes all bout goals and challenges) and im gonna start a new journel focussing on my goals.

Goal

To lose 5-7kgs by 1st November

Get to body fat % of 12 and maintain this

Still be able to live life and be sociable

Increase overall strength and endurance, aswel as tone and small. We dont want to get bulky.

il start a new journel on Monday i think, so keep your eyes peeled. hehe.

Till then

Yeah, blimmin' work getting in the way eh! :x

Good luck with the new goals! Will be fun to track your progress in the upcoming journal
