How much spending money you taking to Auckland bro? Sounds like you're going to buy lots of things.

feel sorry for the other backpackers who gonna be sharing same toilet as you, coz you gonna be doing some massive as shits cuz.

Not to sure on the cost that I will be spending on the likes of food etc but I image that it will be a fair bit

They thought it looked very nice. One female member that I know at the gym even touched my right calf for a feel. Will be getting my flights changed around for flying up to Auckland since snow is in the forcast for Friday . Thought I best to that just be on the safe side of things plus I don't mind paying extra hundred dollars and so I don't let you guys down in Auckland

But, kinda expensive, and hard on the nose.... Plus a compulsion to redose..

Back today

100 rep rubber band pulls

seated row 5x15 79kg for the five working sets ,11 drop sets on the last set

lat pulldowns 5x15 115kg for the five working sets,last set four drop sets

reverse pulldowns 4x10 49kg,52kg,59kg,63kg

bent over bb row 4x10 80kg for the four working sets

before I trained this morning had to rush around like crazy to get my flights changed around because of the snow that is forcast for Dunedin on Friday that would also include changing my shuttle booking around and my booking for where I am staying as well. Got that all sorted  plus I don't mind spending a extra night in Auckland which cool with me. Got to the gym just after ten and went hard for back since it was my last back train before Saturday with lots of drop sets as well. Had to change my session around with my trainer to Wednesday instead of Thursday . One thing about this is gives me more time to get my comp food instead of rushing around like crazy on Friday before going to weigh in. To answer your question to me azide will be getting a shuttle from north east valley to the airport.

Two more sessions in the gym which would include training at city fitness on queen st when I arrive in Auckland on Thursday. Sleep has been average the past couple of nights must be the excitement plus having dreams about eating a very nice pizza after the show. Started to think of some ideas to past the time on Friday before I get my first coat put on a rubby wax at 3:30 .thinking of getting the train to Newmarket having wonder around there or checking out mass nutrition in morning side. Something to ponder between now and then. Will be known as genral Ratzilla or genral gym rat when I  arrive in Auckland on Thursday.

This morning had my last session with my trainer before I fly up to Auckland tomorwo. Got put through a good hard session. For hamstrings did a combo drop sets and triple drop sets. A few members wished me luck and I got some fans at snap fitness Dunedin plus I will show guys the photo of me with on Saturday that's if I see any of you guys at the pans. Got some changes to my carb up plan for when I arrive in Auckland won't say what they are. Will be getting new program for  off season like blood and guts style which I have not done before only read about it a few times like in flex and the flex online also bodybuilding.com etc. Told my trainer that I am starting to miss the foods that I can't have just now like anything bad like Burger King, pizza etc.A few members at the gym wished me luck including the manger as well. Will be up my calories as well but slowly so I don't put on to much fat on quickly . Texted Leanne Simays and told her that I am coming to Auckland on Thursday instead of Friday she thought that was a good move by changing my flights around.

forgot to mention will be online when I am in Auckland by keeping you guys update on my last arm train at city fitness before Saturday. Change of plans for Friday  what I originally planed on doing like check out mass nutrition that can wait until Tuesday after the tour of Eden park. Instead I best to hang around queen st like going to the movies in the morning and having a couple of rounds indoor mini golf at lillput which I came across last year and enjoyed it. Figured it would be good way kill time before getting my spray tan on at rubby wax and being at Internet cafe before heading to weigh in. Can have sushi,nanados and six inch sub from subway plus I have been missing those foods for the past 16 weeks and they be classed as a clean cheat meal while I am carbing up. Thought I say this now thanks very much guys for your support on my long journey to the 2014 pans

tricep press down with tringle bar 4x12 150,160,170,180

Super set

DB hammer curls 4x12 20kg's,20kg's,22kg's,22kg's

Close grip bench press 3x12 60kg,65kg,70kg

Standing alternating DB curls 4x12 14kg's,16kg,18kg's,20kg

db biceps curls drop sets same weight as standing alternatring db curls

close grip pushups to failure

Had a good last arms train and I was amazed how well my strengh was given that I have been up since five.Found out that my seven day pass that I got off the city fitness cant be used since I am member of Snap fitness in Dunedin and told them that I am up hear for a week oh well have to pay 20 dollars for a casual  visit. Got out of Dunedin just in time before the weather turned to shit thank god. Guys you should have seen the expersion on my face when I saw Auckland on the gate that I was leaving from in Christchurch airport thought.JUST BRING IT AUCKLAND with a evil look as well.Been walking around since I have been in Auckland.Found out from my trainer after he texed me while I was walking around in Christchurch airport that I can walk at normal pace and thought come to think of it will go and visit mass nutrition in the morning  since hanging around queen st would be borning for most of the day until I have to get my tan at Rubby waxx.Was going to catch up with Moe but found out he has gone home for the day to get his kids from school.Hopefuly sometime when I am in Auckland stopped NZ muscle  on queen St to see if they sell battle of the Olympia got told only sold online oh well

Funny you should mention my trainer asked me the excate samething when I saw him yesterday and the answer to that would be yes.
