3 of my 4 favourite people were at the gym. All are friendly people who know what they are doing, and'll give you advice or run in and spot you if you're going to fail.

Straight Leg DL - After I did 4 sets of 5 at 100 this guy came over and told me I was going to low causing my back to bend. After that I did a bunch of sets just working on my form standing on a box. My grip was so buggered after that, honestly, biggest forearm pump ever. I must've done 8 or 9 sets in total.

Chin Ups - My grip was even effecting my Chins as well. I couldn't lock out my elbows at the bottom because of the mass pump, and I think my grip was failing before my lats. I always weight myself right before a BW exercise. Funnily enough I had put on 3kgs since that morning.

Seated Cable Row - Same guy told me it was really good for lat span and he taught me a way to articulate my back without having a leg drive. For these I'm going to count as full reps/cheat reps - where I don't pull the thing right to me.
