Hey everyone,

always been a bit of a lurker here never thought of posting anything but finally thought I'd give it a go,

So Im 22 years old pretty sure Im endo, was introduced to the gym 10 months ago after having a lifestyle of smoking, drinking, working and thats about it, my diet was anything. fitness was never a thing for me but as soon as i started the gym i was addicted.

when i started i was around 90-95kg pretty much just fat very low muscle and strength was a disgrace. after my first 4 months i dropped down to 74kg with a very strict diet and 5 days a week at the gym cardio/weight training,

at this point i felt like i was too small for my liking and attempted a bulking diet.

last 6 months has been all weight training 5 days a week for 1-2 hours, have done cardio maybe 7 days in this 6 months my weight is now 80kg and very slowly increasing but getting there..

started with protein and pre-work outs but now have dropped protein powders and just eating more chicken/tuna and didnt notice much difference, also recently introduced myself to creatine which ive felt big strength improvements from.

need to get back into a cleaner diet as i have become lazy on preparing meals, have noticed a difference in my appearance without a clean diet.
