Yeah, my Upper Back and Chest a pretty much just lagging behind at the moment. But I'm making some good gains on them so hopefully things'll start to look up.

Also, I forgot to mention. I am looking to cut down at some point in the near future so hopefully that'll help me in my quest for most improved. :)

This is great - the competitors just keep on coming!

Wolfie, you're looking good. Both your posing and physique have improved since I last saw them, I think. Keep hitting those arms hard, and try to keep a nice straight back in the front and rear lat spreads. Other than that, your pics are pretty good - all 8 of them! :pfft:

Mike, as Cammo says, those are some very impressive quads. Keep growing like that, and you'll become the next Tom Platz! Like you've identified, you've just gotta watch that the upper body and arms don't fall too too far behind. I hope you do post in the next round - I'm looking forward to seing your progress. :)

I_lift and Michael, great stuff! In fact, well done to all of you who posted pics. It's been awesome to see so many people coming out of the woodwork to enter.

The first round of the NZBB Challenge is now closed, but feel free to continue giving each other suggestions on posing, training lagging parts, etc. To our competitors, feel free to ask for advice - that's what we're here for!

Again, well done everyone. Train hard, and we'll see you all in Round 2 - due by Sunday April 1. :clap:
