Great work! If I had to pick something for you to work on, I'd say maybe a little more size on biceps and triceps, but I'm sure that's coming. Legs are looking awesome - now we can see why your numbers on squats are so high!

Here's a little trick for you - in the side chest, turn your back arm over so you're using an undergrip. That'll flex the bicep a bit, and show off your delt better. :)

Now about making your pics smaller - I don't understand? Do you want them to show as thumbnails? If so, the problem is they're not big enough to trigger that. If you edit your post, and attach a bigger version of your photos, the system will automatically convert them to thumbnails, so they'll end up displaying as smaller. That's logic, that is! :D

I have not work my stomach and legs since july last year 2006, current cardio is basketball.

Great work and pics looking good P&W and Ismall.

Two points to bring to everybodies attention.

One. It takes courage to post up pics for other people to critique so lets be constructive in the critisicsm, and avoid any comments which may be taken the wrong way, even if just said in jest.

Two. Do not use the quotation function to include other peoples pics for a general reply or the thread will get very messy.

Heh, Ohjoshua, that's no way to speak to a lady! A more tactful way of putting it would be, "Gosh - you're strong AND pretty!" :wink:

I am indecisive whether I want to do this or not so I'll figure I should post up some pics and whether or not I enter in the second or third set - I'm not sure. But at least I'll have the option!

Bodyfat: Too much :pfft: But seriously, I have no clue.

Rear DB: Best one I could get before the battery fried... If I can get it charged before the cut-off date I'll repost it.

Front Abs: What abs? :lol: I choose this because there is a lot of room for improvement.

EDIT: Added Most Musclular as my 4th post. Forgot to roll my shorts up though :oops:

Nice one Mike.

Your legs are on their way nicely (makes a change from all the teenagers I see in my gym that I only ever see working upper body & have legs like sticks).

You could probably try & incorporate a few exercises to help with your lats - it'll help make your whole upper body look wider.
