Thanks Latimus Dorsi I am training really hard and eating clean so hopefully the gains will continue. I have also upped my food intake from today to make sure I stay above maintenance calories.

Good stuff, 2BU. Thanks for kicking this off.

Good to see you're working on the diet. As for your posing, if this is your first attempt, it's bloody good! The only suggestion I've got is to try puffing up the chest a little more in the double biceps - both front and back poses. It'll bring out your chest in the front (obviously), and your erector spinae in the back. I think you could probably get your lats to spread a bit more, but that'll come with practice. :)

LMAO :pfft: kfc boxes, cans of piss i remember those days

Anyways finally sorted myself out and here are the photos. I know my calves are pitiful and need size. Need to bring body fat levels down quite a bit too and thereby bring out the abs. Any comments appreciated.

Awesome guys!

Josh - looking good, and quite lean too (leaner than all those KFC boxes would suggest!) Your upper body is all well proportioned - the size is coming. Your legs are lagging slightly behind the rest of you, though. Remember to hit those calves hard. You've got a nice narrow waist so with a little more on the lats, you'll have a serious V-taper going on. Just make sure the legs are ready to match it!

Josh's TP - good stuff, bro. Your posing needs a bit of work, so have a look at some of the competition photos we've got here, and see how they do it. You've got some good size on the legs, and once you cut up a bit, I think your arms and delts will pop out more. Make sure your lats are getting enough attention (although it may just be the posing doesn't show them at their best). Looking forward to seeing your progress over the next few months.

Mr Dorsi - your lats are looking very fine, sir! So is your side chest - nicely posed. As you've identified, your calves do need work, but I think in the side chest pose maybe you could have spiked the calf a little more to show it better. Great shoulders and quads. Remember to hit those hammies hard - they're a little overpowered by such dominant quads.

Finally one little suggestion for all three of you: when doing double bicep (front or back) try to get your arms just slightly higher so your bicep peak is just above your delts.

I have no idea what I'm doing when it comes to posing so have a little sympathy :pfft: (maybe some of the more experienced guys could critique it).

Back to the gym today after about 3 and a half weeks layoff & a real crappy diet

I'm 31 years old, 6'2 and hover at around 100kg. I'm going for a bulk during this comp.

I got 5 pics but 1 is just proof of date (I cleaned up all the KFC boxes, cans of piss & even took off my odd socks for these pics, you should feel honoured :pfft: )

My hair grew & I shaved

I'm not sure about the target weight, I tend to go more for what I see in the mirror than what the scales tell me.

Nice pics everyone!

I should have waited for Andrew to post his first, he looks like he knows what he's doing when it comes to the poses - nice work!
