Square Chest?

I think general consensus is that muscle shape is predetermined genetically but you have to get your muscle big enough to see what the shape will ultimately be. Once you get the size you can try to build up parts to hide weaknesses etc. Can't chisel something out of nothing though

Supports your previous point well.

Yeah I'll just gain more and learn from there. Thanks all

Your body structure reminds me of Nick Wright.. He has a similar chest..

As long as his strength goes, I have seen a guy at my gym just about 65 kgs doing 120 kg bench and 47kgs incline dumbell press..

I know of NWB, I'm sure he still has definition around the outside of the pec even if he's not lower than 10%

Yeah, strength and muscle mass don't directly relate

I think your chest looks fine bro, just needs more size ,your arms ,traps and shoulders are taking over.

Increase chet volume in my opinion, light day and heavy day. make sure you are doing dips as well.

thanks, yeah I'm sure I've added some size since I've stopped cutting.

I hardly ever directly work traps, i think i'm lucky to have them like that w/o training directly.

I've really been trying to gain some mass on shoulders, they were the smallest muscle group of my body when i started lifting, i'm still not satisfied with their size though.
