Okay, here we go. you'll have to excuse the poses and facial expressions, must admit I haven't got either mastered yet. :P I tried to stay at the same weight for a fair while due to powerlifting weight classes, but here is the pics from me at 55 kgs to 65. No sitting at about 69.

Thanks Pseudonym. Haha you have it down pat. Eating is a big problem. I have to aim for 3-4k calories a day to even think about putting weight on. I'm 18, so my metabolism is probably at its peak and will slow down at some point, but not just yet it seems.

Any suggestions on what I should eat? At the moment i focus around oats and fruit for breakfast, nuts and bread for morning tea, tuna, pasta or bread, eggs, fruit and yougourt for lunch. Protein shake before and after workouts. Fruit & nuts for afternoon tea and then potatoes/pasta, veges and chicken for dinner.

Chompa's eating volume has definitely increased since he stopped worrying about staying in a certain weight class for powerlifting. Since he upped his food intake his growth/weight gain has definitely increased exponentially.

Another thing that seems to be helping him is cutting back on cardio. Due to his job some cardio is still required but he's been able to cut it down drastically.

Neglecting his legs wasn't altogether his fault. Chompa was born with severe leg problems that have only really become sorted in the last couple of years. They'll never be perfect but at least he can now train them. :)

It's quite funny really, both father and son had severe leg problems but for drastically different reasons. C'est la vie. At least we can both train them now.
