one year of progress

Just hit my first full year of serious weights, first pic (96kg) is just before running a marathon, got injured, decided to strengthen up and gave the running a rest for 6 months. Currently at 108kg and back running alongside lifting. Still making gains, learning lots from here and hope to cut a bit of the fat off for summer.

Cheers for the positive comments guys, I had a pretty good strength base to start with and have always tried to push heavy weights with mostly high reps. Tend to stick to big compound movements.

194cm tall, pain in the arse when it comes to squats. Have a lot of problems getting out of the hole on the bigger weights, but that could be down to poor technique.
