Cammo
Gidday ScottWhat does your diet look like?I'd suspect that a few more clean calories in the day will help with strength increases.

da_yellow_fellow
Sup man,About Norateen by LA muscle, from what I know it's a hormone/test booster, I don't think 17 is a good age to be doing that, keep up with the protein shakes and if you feel like you've hit a plateau, then get some creatine. But mate, you can build a great body just from eating clean and training hard and consistantly with your protein shake. A years training is just the start, it takes a bit of time to build a good base before you start building "visible" mass! So keep it up for atleast another year before you start thinking about Norateen! :pfft: ps. didn't mean to put you down or anything 8)
Paul
Welcome mate, I agree with da_yellow_fellow at 17 you body has more test running around than it knows what to do with u should be able to make good gains from nutrtion alone.

Jasthace
Welcome to the bodybuilding community. If you'd like to get big and strong be sure to do the basic power exercises;Bench pressSquatsdeadliftsStart light with a couple of worm up sets.increase the weight and decrease the reps.Six reps represents a good size and strength setgo to 1-2 rep max once a month on mass building exercises as above.Do not over train.you will not get bigger or stronger, you are not on 'roidsThree days a week, hard and heavy is enough.Eat big, train hard and heavy, remember heavy weight low reps equals mass and power.Alot of natural bodybuilders are small because they over train.
