180kg RAW bench at 90kg's

Have decided to create a journal to track my progress towards a double

body weight bench press.

Best lifts are coast barbell: 150kg's RAW at 85kg's

Auckland bench champs: 150kg's RAW at 87kg's and failed 155kg's due to my butt lifting.

Bench workout today:

Flat bench: (touch and go)

140kg's x 4

120kg's x 13

160kg's x 4

180kg's negatives x 2

172.5kg's x 1

115kg's x 16

140kg's x 2

90kg's x 22

Flat dumbells:

69.5kg's x 8 (4 sets)

50kg's x 23 reps

Incline barbell:

150kg's x 2 reps 2 sets

Assistance work:

Dips with 80kg's x 8 reps 3 sets

Standing skull crushers 72.5kg's x 6 reps 3 sets

Straight bar curls: 62.5kg's x 6 reps 2 sets

Wrist rolls: 85kg's x 8 reps 4 sets

Weight today: 89.4kg's

Happy with todays lifting, no cramping or spasming of my pecs today which is always a problem.
