how is it sore exactly? cos i've been there myself, eventually lead to spraining my lower back. had poor flexibility in hamstrings/glutes and tight hip flexors to thank for it

lots and lots of stretching (zzzzzzz) and foam rolling helped a lot, might be an idea?

edit: looking for something to help with the dieting process, and i know you're into nicotine gum... how do you get it (cheaply)? just go doctor and ask for it? is it as simple as "oh i want to quit smoking but its hard"?
