pretty happy with how things went. started eating ok again now, think its helping heaps

diet:

forced myself to eat ~1kg chicken breast every day previous 3 days along with 210g WPC and some cheese or canned chicken or tuna. also a carrot and banana every day. and then some carbs from dextrose or drinking chocolate. probably about 100g-150g/day

imo throw in an extra rest day or two, if not to give the body more rest (and avoiding exacerbating the injuries you have) then because you're gonna fizzle out like last time, and start to hate it/feel like its controlling your life again
