cbf being natty anymore. its gay. cbf even going gym, maybe training like 2-3 days per week (because its waste of time when natty). will resume pinning this weekend, so 6 weeks off. plenty.

No bloods to see if everything's back in line?

i doubt they would. i dunno whats wrong with my back but i believe i have damaged a disk or something similar and along with that muscle tightness makes it worse. didnt lose much weight. 1kg if that. still reasonably lean. definately lost strength though, especially in shoulders which have gotten pretty sore as have wrists. just wanted to push myself on deadlifts before i lost a bit of strength, so i could see where i was at. done 260 for 6 reps several times prior to that (not on same day though)

dunno, just going to train more, eat more (and better) and see what happens. got to 109kg before but dropped lots of that before i went off. will try get 110kg+ but dunno if that will happen and im not gonna get fat to do it

There is a lot of work in Auckland due to the habour etc so I think that would be the biggest driver for most people not the lifestyle... 

I avoid Auckland like a plague. Got offered an oppurtunity up there and turned it down simply for the fact that it was in Auckland...
